Abstract: 
Smooth estimation of the distribution function is one of the popular problems in nonparametric statistics. However, in the case of circular data, there are very few results so far. Here we aim to fill in this gap by exploring the use of Fejér polynomials in this context. We present some theoretical and empirical properties of such estimators.
