dc.description.abstractWireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are nowadays widely used for monitoring physical phenomena of the environment. Traditional data mining algorithms cannot be applied to such distributed systems in which strict memory, power, and communication constraints do exist. New algorithms that would be more suitable for WSNs have been developed. In this paper, we give an overview of the selected algorithms for data mining in WSNs and discuss benefits of integration of agent systems and data mining algorithms.en_US
